To strengthen our HRIS Team, we’re looking for an HRIS Specialist to work with experts and managers in the global HRIS Department. Acting as an interface between HR and IT, you’ll develop processes and solutions using advanced technologies while supporting colleagues across the business.
Job DescriptionDEVELOP PROCESSES AND TOOLS
You’ll maintain and further develop HR processes and tools within your area of responsibility, working closely with your manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and reliable solutions.
BE A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
You’ll act as the first point of contact for questions related to your area of responsibility. In collaboration with the IT department, you’ll coordinate resolution of incidents and new requirements.
MANAGE PROJECTS AND CHANGE
You’ll manage enhancement projects and change requests in line with Red Bull methodologies and standards while coordinating stakeholders to drive improvements across the HRIS landscape.
MAINTAIN DOCUMENTATION AND PROVIDE TRAINING
Additionally, you'll maintain clear documentation for HRIS tools and processes. You’ll also provide on-demand training for HRIS and HR colleagues, helping users get the most from our systems.
QualificationsAt least 3 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist, preferably gained through international HR projects in an HR department with a strong IT interface.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of and professional experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or another HR information system.
Experience in project management and application maintenance, ideally in an organisation with a regional or international scope.
Previous experience supporting new system rollouts is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information at different levels across Red Bull and deliver training to HR colleagues.
Additional InformationDue to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2362.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
