Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Global Human Resources (HR) Content Specialist to join our Global HR Content and Portal team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating, standardizing, and optimizing employee and HR agent knowledge content within ServiceNow HR Service Delivery to drive global self-service adoption and significant case deflection. You will be joining a newly formed, dynamic team of five regional experts dedicated to enhancing the digital employee experience for a workforce of over 28,000 people worldwide.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Author, upload, and audit high-quality knowledge articles in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, ensuring 90%+ content accuracy and alignment with global tone-of-voice standards.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and regional stakeholders across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), North America, Latin America (LATAM), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) to translate complex policies into clear, accessible guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by coordinating publishing workflows and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance content search-ability and self-service efficiency.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Several years of experience in Human Resources, Shared Services, or Global HR environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR knowledge platforms, specifically ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or Salesforce.
  • Proven ability in creating knowledge-based content and supporting employee self-service initiatives within a global or regional operating model.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
