Optimization & Business Modelling
- Lead the development of an integrated optimization model combining feedstock, production, logistics and sales data.
- Coordinate cross-functional input from commercial, technical, R&D, logistics and feedstock teams
- Use the model to support data-driven decisions and scenario-based planning.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build and manage high-performing commercial, sales, and marketing teams.
- Set clear goals, ensure accountability, and support team development.
- Foster collaboration between teams in Asia, Europe, and new markets.
Customer & Market Insight
- Maintain close understanding of customer needs, sustainability targets, and procurement practices.
- Monitor trends in biofuels pricing, logistics, regulation, and technology.
- Translate insights into actionable commercial strategies and product positioning.
ELT & Board Collaboration
- Report on commercial performance, opportunities, and risks to the CEO and board.
- Support investment and financing discussions with commercial inputs and market forecasts.
