Job SummaryThe Global Experience Lead Analyst, Data and Insights is responsible for driving data-informed decision-making, operational excellence, and stakeholder enablement across the global Talent Acquisition (TA) ecosystem. This role serves as a strategic partner to the Global Experience Ownership team, TA reporting team, R&O (Recruitment & Onboarding Admin) Leadership and business leaders by translating data into actionable insights, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and delivering scalable solutions that enhance the employee and hiring manager experience.
The position combines advanced analytics, process improvement, reporting, communications, and change enablement capabilities to support the evolution of onboarding programs, tools, and operational performance. The individual will lead the development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting solutions, process optimization initiatives, and stakeholder resources that improve visibility, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics & Insights- Own the development, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of global recruiting and onboarding leadership utilization and agile dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
- Analyze operational metrics, customer experience indicators, and adoption trends to identify insights and opportunities.
- Develop KPI frameworks and measurement standards that enable consistent reporting across regions, functions, and stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and identify performance drivers impacting recruiting and onboarding outcomes.
- Produce data for executive reporting packages, quarterly business reviews, and operational performance updates.
- Design, build, automate, and maintain reporting solutions that improve visibility into recruiting and onboarding performance.
- Partner with reporting teams and data owners to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance.
- Create scalable reporting methodologies that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
- Support dashboard adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
