Job Context
The Director, Digital Demand Generation is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and scaling the enterprise digital acquisition framework to drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth. This position oversees digital marketing strategies across performance media, account-based marketing, and paid advertising channels to maximize campaign effectiveness and investment returns. The incumbent establishes operational targets, optimizes channel performance, and leads a team of digital marketing professionals to align acquisition strategies with broader commercial objectives. Operating with significant autonomy, this leader translates high-level growth priorities into high-performing digital campaigns and actionable executive insights.What You’ll Do
Shapes and drives the digital demand generation strategy across paid search, performance media, display, retargeting, and account-based marketing initiatives to build pipeline.
Defines and oversees execution across digital advertising platforms, optimizing campaign architecture, bidding frameworks, audience targeting, and budget allocations.
Strategically enables account-based marketing programs, aligning account segmentation, intent targeting, and engagement initiatives with commercial go-to-market strategy.
Directs campaign architecture and buying committee engagement models across key market segments to maximize lead conversion and revenue impact.
Manages digital media budgets and optimizes capital allocation based on customer acquisition costs, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment.
Defines performance metrics and attribution standards across qualified lead creation, pipeline velocity, and acquisition performance targets.
Partners cross-functionally with marketing operations teams to improve tracking, attribution models, lead routing, and analytics reporting.
Oversees digital experimentation programs to continuously optimize landing page performance, campaign creative, conversion paths, and audience targeting.
Evaluates emerging digital growth opportunities, marketing technologies, and audience strategies to expand market reach and diversify acquisition channels.
Leads, coaches, and develops a team of performance specialists while directing agency and technology vendor relationships.

Person Requirements
Extensive leadership experience in digital demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing within a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated track record of leading, coaching, and developing performance marketing teams while managing external agency partners.
Deep operational expertise across digital advertising platforms, performance media channels, search engine marketing, and campaign optimization.
Demonstrated mastery of account-based marketing strategy, intent data application, and buying committee engagement models.
Strong commercial acumen with proven success managing media budgets and driving measurable returns through pipeline creation and revenue impact.
Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, BI, and multi-touch attribution platforms.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Proven experience with conversion rate optimization, structured experimentation, A/B testing methodologies, and web performance enhancement.
