As an E-Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing electronic invoicing systems across multiple regions and platforms. You will ensure accurate invoice generation, transmission, and receipt while maintaining compliance with local regulations. Working with SAP and collaborating with clients, your role will focus on streamlining invoicing processes to enhance efficiency, minimize errors, and improve overall invoicing accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage e-invoicing, including uploading data to digital platforms and resolving issues in a timely manner and complaint with local regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in digital invocing process.
  • Resolve failed or rejected transactions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal customers, overseeing the entire e-invoicing process.
  • Address customer complaints related to billing and track resolutions using Salesforce.
  • Identify and implement improvements in EDI and automation.
  • Support system upgrades, platform integration, and process improvements.
  • Analyze and resolve recurring issues to improve processes.
  • Participate in process enhancement and new solution implementation.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accuracy and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
  • Strong computer and software skills.
  • English proficiency (at least B2 level).
  • Experience in a transactional data-driven environment
  • Ability to analyze transaction data and detect issues.
  •  Problem-solving skills in transaction processing and security.
  • Ability to innovate and conduct implementation of new solutions
  • Strong communication skills for team and customer collaboration.
  • Openness to learning and implementing new solutions.

Additional skills which will be beneficial but are not a must:

  • Knowledge of SAP and cloud e-invoicing portals
  • Previous experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Experience in payment processing, fraud detection, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with programming, databases, and APIs for troubleshooting.
