Then join our Red Bull Dance Media Team in Salzburg, Austria, as Global Digital Strategy Manager. You will be producing strategic content plans & managing all digital channels across our street dance programs in order to maximize the growth & engagement of our global dance audience.
Job Description
SET THE STRATEGY
In this role, you’ll define content needs & strategy for our digital channels in order to achieve our dance playground communication objectives.
This involves considering how to format content and optimise projects to match channels trends and optimise communication of projects and activation of audiences. You’ll collaborate strongly with country channels and different partners to define content creations that ensure impact.
ANALYTICAL DECISION MAKING
Working closely with the analytics team you’ll translate audience insights into practical guidelines for programming and content. You’ll evaluate results and translate learnings into long-term strategies that define the success of our channels. You’ll also communicate channel and release learnings to other team members and ensure consideration in all departments for upcoming release strategies.
CONTENT PLANS
With your strong understanding of platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, you’ll provide recommendations for optimising upcoming content plans based on insights and media landscape learnings.
COUNTRY SUPPORT
You’ll establish a strong collaboration with different Red Bull countries, considering and understanding local needs. You’ll evaluate local market programming plans, identify optimisation potentials and potentially up-level local content initiatives to a global scale.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital strategy/content programming or social media
Excellent knowledge of social and digital media incl. paid activation planning
Passion for the world of Red Bull and knowledge on dance topics
Superior project management skills, strong understanding of content performance and able to translate data into practical recommendations
Well organized team player with the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
Fluent in English. Multi language is a big plus
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.818,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
