As a Strategic Procurement Manager for electrified and/or non-electrified POS (Point-of-Sales) products, you are responsible for the full Source-to-Contract and Supplier Lifecycle Management Process within one or multiple product categories. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage and develop suppliers, negotiate contracts, oversee tenders, ensure procurement process compliance, support local projects, and drive sustainability.

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
In this role, you will identify, qualify, and develop suppliers according to the dedicated product category, ensuring alignment with our overarching category strategy. You will develop and execute supplier-specific strategies to optimize performance and maintain a competitive edge. A key responsibility will be to ensure state-of-the-art sustainability knowledge and proactive practices within your supply base, driving our commitment to environmental stewardship. You will perform comprehensive supplier performance management, conducting thorough due diligence to maintain high standards. Additionally, you will actively manage supplier risks, introducing and overseeing risk mitigation plans to safeguard our supply chain integrity.
STRATEGIC & TACTICAL PROCUREMENT
You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for Point of Sale (POS) products, ensuring that our sourcing initiatives align with broader business objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to guarantee the best value, quality, and reliability for our products. You will negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers, securing favorable agreements that benefit the company. Leading the full tender process from project briefing documentation to the final supplier decision, you will ensure a competitive and transparent bidding process that achieves optimal results. Your expertise will be critical in driving cost efficiencies and enhancing supplier relationships to support our business growth.
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
You will implement, execute, and monitor defined category strategies within your supply base, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives. This involves continuous analysis and optimization of sourcing practices to maintain competitive advantage. By closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that category strategies are effectively integrated and executed.
ESG
Furthermore, you will ensure Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance to required standards by closely collaborating with Red Bull's Procurement Governance function. This entails staying abreast of the latest ESG regulations and best practices, integrating these standards into supplier agreements and sourcing processes. By maintaining rigorous compliance, you will contribute to Red Bull’s commitment to ethical practices and corporate social responsibility, enhancing our reputation and minimizing risk.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Five or more years of professional experience in a comparable role.
Extensive experience in strategic procurement and supplier management, preferably within the POS or Cooling Appliances products sector.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in x-functional teams.
Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
SAP MM/S4 knowledge is mandatory.
Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
SAP Ariba (SLM, CLM, and Sourcing Module) knowledge is preferred.
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
