The Global Programming Manager Gaming is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of gaming projects on managed (social media channels) and owned (RedBull.com and Red Bull TV) channels. This role is responsible in growing brand love and brand attribution by engaging new and existing consumers, more often and for longer with differentiated, authentic and ownable content linked to our gaming marketing assets (Red Bull players, events, partners). You’ll be responsible for providing programming expertise to complement and evolve the global marketing mix in partnership with gaming marketing with the aim to give wings with our content and stories to our consumers.

IDEATE

In your role, you’ll drive and enable greater ambition, differentiated content, credible brand attribution and growth in managed and owned channels to increase engagement and viewership across Red Bull Gaming's managed and owned channels. One of your key responsibilities will be to identify and develop new story angles for existing projects and recurring content opportunities (player projects, content projects, events, etc.)


PLANNING & EXECUTION


You’ll develop and execute a content calendar aligned with major gaming events (1st and 3rd party), tentpole initiatives, and new game launches that we have partnership with.


CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT


Last but not least, you’ll be in charge of upleveling the quality of our work in programming to increase earned impact to our managed and owned channel by consistently delivering highly engaging content achieves high community satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in digital content marketing, campaign management and social media in gaming and/or esports.

Fluency in English in both written and spoken form.

Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with the ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives

Ability to manage cross-functional relationships at various levels

Advanced decision-making skills with proven ability to drive direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams.

Possess a rigorous understanding of how to create and program video content for audiences on TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch.

Experience in briefing and leading the creation of long and short form content.

Lives and breathes gaming & esports digital media

Excellent gaming & media industry knowledge

Problem-solving and mediation skills, and ability to manage conflicts of interest

High attention to detail with relentlessly high standards

Agile Project Management skills

Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
