Job Description

Are you passionate about transforming customer experiences through data-driven insights? We're looking for a dynamic Customer Experience (CX) Business Analyst to join our team. You'll dive deep into customer feedback, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and provide applicable insights that inspire strategic decisions. If you're a problem-solver with a background in data analysis and an experience delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

You'll report to the Global Customer Experience Strategy & Governance Leader and will be based in Poland, Katowice or Spain, Barcelona (Hybrid).

Your responsibilities - what you will do:

  • Unleash the Power of Customer Insights: Dive deep into Voice of the Customer (VOC) and CX data to uncover trends and lead intelligent decision-making.
  • Craft Compelling Dashboards and Reports: Develop insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to highlight main projects, customer pain points, and industry trends. This will empower the CX Strategy & Governance team to set priorities and achieve team goals.
  • Be the Industry Expert: Use valuable insights from CX best practices and competitive landscape analysis to understand customer needs thoroughly.
  • Shape Strategic Decisions: Provide relevant insights that influence prioritization, strategy, and business case development, making a tangible impact on our business.
  • Link CX to Financial Success: Connect customer experience metrics to financial outcomes to demonstrate the monetary value of CX programs.

The essentials - you will have:

  • Experienced and Driven: You are a team player with 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Management & Reporting, Data Engineering, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
  • Analytical: You have analytical skills combined with a curiosity.
  • Data Enthusiast: You have a background in data analysis, visualization, and integration. You are familiar with and curious about using AI to support your work.
  • Insight Translator: Ability to transform complex data into clear business concepts and insights.
  • You are experienced in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, AI tools, machine learning, and SQL.
  • Passionate About Customer Experience: Most importantly, a team player passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Fluency in English;

The preferred – you might also have:

  • Additional Tech Skills: Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Qualtrics, and Python.
  • You are ready to look beyond the current state and lead innovation.
  • Any other European Language.
