Your Day to Day 

As a Global Community & Corporate Responsibility Coordinator you would be working on: 

  • Arrange and facilitate monthly Hub leader calls (with the goal of knowledge sharing, best practices, support on budget planning, coordination, logistics and arrangements). 

  • Central support for Hub budget forecasting, partnering closely with FP&A, with collaboration from HR and Facilities on other employeeexperience needs to enable accurate planning, responsible spend, and an improved remotecentric employee experience for the GoTo community and Hub leaders. 

  • Conduct a monthly review of demographic data to ensure employees are aligned with the appropriate Hubs; identify opportunities to form new Hubs; recruit and onboard volunteer Hub leaders; provide interim leadership and support for Hubs without a designated leader; and coordinate engagement activities, including occasional events. 

  • Assist in managing GoTo’s internal swag store, including vendor coordination, inventory planning, budget oversight, ordering, and distribution to support employee engagement and key initiatives. 

  • Support GoTo Gives philanthropy and volunteering efforts and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for GoTo by organizing internal programs and events that drive employee engagement, employee retention - both in person and virtual.  

  • Assist and create communications assets and presentation material to share Community and Corporate Responsibility related news across internal and external communications channels and SharePoint. 

  • Support the Legal Team by consolidating GoTo’s subpoena response process. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Security, Legal, and Product to effectively respond to subpoenas requests, which will be between 10-25% of the role.

  • You understand global cultural dynamics and can thoughtfully support employees and leaders across regions. You bring strong people engagement skills and can help execute community, volunteer, and employee-focused initiatives. 

  • Able to manage simple budget tracking, can organize, plan, manage logistics and handle budgets, P/Os and arrangements. 

  • You communicate effectively in English, writing and verbally, can interpret and explain policies to global stakeholders, and are comfortable partnering with leaders.  

  • Understand policies and explain to leaders around the world, comfortable pushing back and also partnering to find alternative solutions.
