As a Global Enterprise Account Manager, you will lead the development, expansion, and long-term success of high-value global accounts that drive significant strategic growth for the organization. Leveraging deep experience in complex, multinational customer
environments, you will identify new opportunities, architect long-term account strategies, and cultivate meaningful relationships with influencers, C level executives, and key decision-makers across regions. You will champion Wesco’s service-driven mindset while
applying a disciplined, project-management-oriented approach to delivering value, accelerating growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Owns global account revenue growth by developing and executing multi-year account plans with clear targets for net-new acquisition, expansion, and retention.
- Identifies, qualifies, and pursues new sales initiatives within named global accounts (new sites, regions, programs, and business units) to expand share of wallet and accelerate revenue.
- Builds and maintains a healthy opportunity pipeline through proactive prospecting, customer discovery, and stakeholder mapping across C-suite, procurement, engineering, and operations.
- Leads end-to-end deal execution—value proposition, proposal strategy, commercial negotiation, and close—on complex, multi-region opportunities.
- Drives cross-sell and up-sell of value-add services and solutions (including TCO-based offerings), converting customer needs into measurable commercial outcomes.
- Creates and executes account-specific sales plays with internal field teams, solution specialists, and suppliers to increase win rates, margin performance, and speed-to-revenue.
- Establishes and manages executive-level relationships to uncover growth priorities, protect incumbency, and secure long-term agreements and renewals.
- Forecasts revenue accurately and communicates pipeline health, bookings, margin, risks, and strategic milestones to senior leadership using CRM discipline and data-driven insights.
- Develops and coordinates global commercial coverage plans to align pricing, contract compliance, and go-to-market execution across regions and business units.
- Coaches and mobilizes regional sales teams on enterprise selling motions, opportunity strategy, and competitive positioning to deliver consistent revenue results.

Qualifications:

- Strong background in strategic planning, resource management, and driving cross-regional alignment.
- Proven ability to identify growth potential within assigned global accounts and convert insights into measurable opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering value through a service-driven approach.
- Expertise in project-management-based sales execution, including planning, implementation, and post-sales governance.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft O ice tools.
- Understanding of data center, IT networking, or adjacent technology domains is a strong advantage.
