Gestion d’un portefeuille de 350  sinistres  (environ) Responsabilité Civile Entreprises  sur des comptes nationaux et multinationaux

• Assurer le pilotage du dossier  en coordination avec les courtiers et assurés

• Analyser les garanties du contrat

• Déterminer les responsabilités

• Missionner les experts , les avocats et les médecins

• Négocier le règlement des sinistres à l’amiable ou au judiciaire

• Effectuer un contrôle financier par le biais de  révisions régulières et de réserves ajustées

• Participer à des réunions aux côtés de nos conseils , des assurés  et des courtiers

• Gérer des sinistres pour le compte des bureaux étrangers dans le cadre de programmes internationaux

• Collaborer avec le département souscription RC  en les tenant informés des sinistres concernant leur portefeuille

• Faire remonter l’information importante sur les sinistres au responsable d’équipe et aux parties prenantes internes

Votre profil:

• Niveau Master en Droit, de préférence en droit des assurances

• Expérience en gestion de sinistres en Responsabilité Civile Générale, en compagnie d’assurances ou dans un cabinet de courtage.

• Excellentes qualités d’expression orale et écrite.

• Maîtrise du pack office. 

• Anglais professionnel courant.
