Le métier de gestionnaire sinistres
Nos professionnels de l'indemnisation soutiennent les assurés d'AIG dans les moments les plus difficiles. Lorsque nos clients sont confrontés à des sinistres, petits ou grands, nous les aidons à alléger le poids financier d'événements catastrophiques tels que les incendies et les ouragans ; nous les aidons à redémarrer leur entreprise ou à récupérer la valeur d'un objet de famille perdu ou d'un bien de grande valeur. Notre équipe Sinistres est un leader du secteur, s'appuyant quotidiennement sur ses niveaux d'expertise inégalés pour offrir à nos clients les plus hauts niveaux de gestion afin d'améliorer le coût total des sinistres et d'obtenir des résultats cohérents. AIG gère les sinistres en s'appuyant sur une vaste connaissance technique et commerciale des risques, des pratiques commerciales et de l'environnement juridique et réglementaire en constante évolution.

Gestionnaire de sinistres Flottes Automobiles H/F/X - CDI

Missions :

  • Prendre en charge des dossiers sinistres auto matériel dans le respect des procédures internes et des normes de qualité de l’Entreprise

  • Gérer un portefeuille de dossiers sinistres auto de la réception des documents initiaux au règlement amiable des indemnités et/ou de la réception des fonds en se positionnant sur les garanties, en se prononçant sur les responsabilités applicables, en mandatant les experts nécessaires, en initiant et relançant les recours; et cela dans le respect des dispositions légales, contractuelles et conventionnelles

  • Gérer les contestations et les réclamations afférentes aux dossiers en direct avec les clients et/ou avec les compagnies adverses

  • Instruire les dossiers de manière proactive afin d’obtenir les recours et communiquer favorablement aux demandes clients

Profil :

  • Diplômé.e d’un BTS Assurance

  • Première expérience en gestion de sinistres Flottes automobiles idéalement acquise en compagnie

  • Excellente maitrise de la  convention IRSA (tout titre) et de la loi Badinter

  • Vous avez une capacité de travail et d'organisation pour gérer les volumes, votre sens du contact est apprécié tant avec les interlocuteurs internes qu’externes.

  • Esprit de synthèse et d’analyse

  • Faisant preuve de rigueur et d'organisation pour gérer les délais et les priorités

  • Capacités de négociation et de pédagogie, aptitudes commerciales

  • Aisance en communication à l’écrit et à l’oral
