Contexte et enjeux :
Véritable point d’entrée pour nos assurés vous jouez un rôle clé en tant que Gestionnaire d’Assurance dans leur accompagnement et leur satisfaction au quotidien.
Afin de répondre à leurs problématiques, nos assurés font appel à nous et vous contactent.
Vous répondez à leurs interrogations et les renseignez via les différents canaux de communication.
Vous instruisez les demandes de prise en charges et formulez un retour.
Vos capacités de compréhension et de restitution vous permettent de gérer les sinistres avec professionnalisme en garantissant la qualité des échanges.
Grâce à l’expérience que vous développerez, vous serez en mesure de répondre à des situations complexes pour assurer la satisfaction de nos assurés.
