Are you our new Genesys Cloud Super User?

As a Genesys Cloud Super User at Intrum in Athens, you will act as the local platform expert and trusted partner for the market Greece, ensuring the efficient operation, continuous improvement, and business alignment of the Genesys Cloud platform. The role combines operational understanding with a semi-technical mindset and serves as a key bridge between Operations, IT, Analytics, vendors, and central platform teams. You will play a critical role in supporting local ownership, driving operational excellence, and enabling innovation while ensuring alignment with Intrum Group standards and governance.

What will you do:

  • Act as the local ambassador and Subject Matter Expert for the Genesys Cloud platform within the Greece market 
  • Ensure platform stability, operational continuity, and effective support for business users, including performance monitoring, issue resolution, and incident escalation 
  • Translate business and operational requirements into scalable platform solutions and configuration changes aligned with governance standards 
  • Collaborate with central platform teams, IT, Operations, Analytics, and vendors to deliver enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements across integrated workflows 
  • Participate in the implementation and communication of new features, platform releases, and operational updates to relevant stakeholders 
  • Gather user feedback and represent local business needs within the international SuperUser community while contributing to knowledge sharing and cross-market collaboration initiatives 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Genesys Cloud capabilities, processes, and best practices
     

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and customer service environments
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar CCaaS platforms would be considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to understand business requirements and support operational improvements
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance local business needs with Group governance and standards
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
