General Virtual Assistant (Bilingual -English -Cantonese)

Key Responsibilities:
• Procurement Support -Purchase materials from vendors (Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.).
•Internal Coordination -Work closely with project managers to track tasks and requirements.
•Vendor/Contractor Liaison
•Connect with vendors/subcontractors to follow up on project status.
•Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses when needed.
•General Administrative Support
•Assist with other assigned tasks to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications:
•Bilingual (Chinese–English) – strong professional fluency required.
•3+ yrs experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
•Background in construction project support or international vendor management is highly preferred.
•Experience in Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics 365

Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (20-40 hours per week)
Location: Makati, Philippines: this is a hybrid set-up

Work Arrangement Disclaimer
This position operates under a hybrid work setup:
Proximal hires (Makati and nearby areas): Employees within commuting distance of the Makati office will be required to report onsite as part of the hybrid arrangement.
Non-proximal hires (Visayas, Mindanao): Employees outside commuting proximity will remain fully remote.
Training Arrangement: All new hires must undergo onsite training at the Makati office. After training and deployment to their assigned accounts, the hybrid arrangement will apply.
