Job Description

  • Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest experience.​
  • Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance and attract international travelers.
  • Create a performance-driven culture that meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in upscale or midscale hotels, preferably within Asia.
  • Proven ability to lead a dynamic team with an enabling and collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong knowledge of rooms management, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and food & beverage services.
  • Fluent in English.
