Job DescriptionThe Social Media Coordinators is responsible for developing and implementing content strategies across all social media platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with the target audience. This role collaborates with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and business objectives.
QualificationsAnantara Layan Phuket Resort:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Tiktok, reporting tools, Insights etc).
- Basic copywriting and intermediate content creation skills.
- Experience in wellness marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics, and reporting tools.
Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Tiktok, reporting tools, Insights etc).
- Basic copywriting and intermediate content creation skills.
- Experience in Chinese social media channels or Chinese language skills is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
