Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure a smooth process and flow of the Brokerage Billing procedures and Brokerage Cash collections, ensure compliance to statutory requirements and cash books accuracy.
This role requires attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Import Billing: Import Formal Document Delivery Order-ΔΙΑΤΑΚΤΙΚΗ.
Issuing SIS Invoices. Completing the mass upload file with the appropriate information in order to be loaded on SIS
Opening new customers in SIS / ICRISYS
Billing of duties and taxes, Released shipments (removed from warehouse) and give the free delivery via mail .
Maintain accurate cash reconciliation. Airport daily cash and petty cash report submission. Key entry of customers’ receipts entries into excel file.
Answer questions and handle inquiries from internal/external customers.
- Back up for other staff in case on leave
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
A. Education and working experience.
- Education level: University Degree / TEI Degree in Finance and Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent will be preferable.
- Experience: more than 1 year in relevant position .

- Quality orientated
- Ability to work independently and execute effectively.
- Microsoft Office user
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Willing to adjust to different processes.
