The TSG Specialist I provides deployment and support services for UPS technology products, assists customers with IT support, and conducts hardware and software planning.

Make sales calls and routine check-ins with existing and prospective customers to maintain and grow revenue; analyze historic shipping trends to ask focused questions; respond to and resolve customer issues (billing, shipping); perform other duties as assigned.

Process internal and external payments, participate in VOG shipment remittance, verify shipment delivery accuracy, coordinate with GL/AP/AR/ICRIS and other teams, maintain information flow, and provide internal and external customer service.
