Role: Gen AI Copywriter

Location: New York, NY

In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, achieving creative excellence across all touchpoints is crucial. We are seeking an executional Generative AI Copywriter, experienced in the Beauty & Skincare sector, to join our dynamic team.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Excel in copywriting for high-volume adaptation, ensuring compliance, consistency, and competitiveness.
  • Execute copy projects from brief to completion, collaborating with creative team to deliver media-ready assets within client’s brand guidelines within agreed timeframes and to high standards
  • Integrate automation and AI, to revolutionize content creation and adaptation for iconic beauty brands

Ultimately, as the Gen AI Copywriter, you will develop engaging and persuasive content, collaborate with designers, and ensure messaging aligns with brand voice.

What you will be doing:
  • Be responsible for writing and ideation of creative that brings readership and enhances a brand
  • Take briefs in from our on-site teams across North America to understand the needs of the project
  • Ensure that the work that is delivered meets the goals of the brief
  • Write copy that is within brand guidelines for our range of clients
  • Create and repurpose content for different usages working within brand guidelines
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from the initial brief
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and Designers to take a brief from beginning to end
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all written content
  • Present and articulate concepts to clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GenAI trainings and changes in best practises & technology, both in terms of platform, art tools, and new
What you need to be great in this role:
  • 3+ years of experience working as a copywriter in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group or design firm, preferably in Beauty & Fashion
  • Creative experience with generative AI preferable
  • Experience with digital projects, showcasing a strong portfolio
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and digital/social media materials.
  • Strong SEO writing skills for optimizing visibility.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems/platforms such as WordPress etc.
  • Ability to transform complex material into engaging and resonant stories.
  • Conceptual thinker with an impressive flair for words.
  • Experienced in managing multiple briefs and cross-functional projects efficiently.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys working in team-oriented settings, collaborating with designers and art directors.
  • Capable of confidently presenting and articulating ideas to clients and team members.
  • Ability to use data insights for developing creative ideas.
  • Familiarity in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365, and related software.
  • Experience in Gen AI tools and asset
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $63,750.00 to $71,250.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
