Gen AI Architect

• Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Generative Artificial Intelligence Architect to lead our technical efforts in designing and implementing innovative AI solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of modern Generative AI systems. Your expertise in large-scale AI architectures, cloud platforms, and Generative AI technologies will be instrumental in driving technical excellence.

• Responsibilities and Duties:

  • System Architecture: Design scalable and robust Generative AI architectures that meet performance, reliability, and security requirements. Collaborate with other architects and engineers to integrate Generative AI systems into the overall technology stack.

  • Technology Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms for Generative AI development. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to guide technology decisions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI, data, and development teams. Foster knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning initiatives.

  • Documentation and Communication: Develop comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, frameworks, and methodologies. Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

• Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven technical leadership skills with the ability to drive technical initiatives and mentor team members.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles and cloud computing platforms/tools.

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders at the Sr. Director level and above.

• Role-specific Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

  • Extensive experience evaluating and improving Generative AI systems powered by Large Language Models.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and building cloud-based Generative AI applications in AWS and Azure.
