Job Description
Individual will be involved in:
1. Supporting the development and execution of technology-enabled assurance testing programmes and reviews over AML and Sanctions risks.
2. Assisting in the design of continuous assurance testing approaches, including identification of risk indicators, control attributes, data points, testing logic and exception criteria.
3. Supporting the refresh and maintenance of the AFC Assurance data analytics book of work to provide holistic coverage across key AML and Sanctions risk areas.
4. Performing data-driven assurance testing to identify potential risk signals, control gaps, process weaknesses, exceptions and emerging AFC risk trends.
5. Assisting in the development and enhancement of assurance dashboards to monitor AFC risks, testing outcomes, exception trends and remediation progress on a progressive basis.
6. Exploring and supporting the use of technology, automation, bots and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance assurance monitoring, testing and reporting.
7. Preparing and supporting management reporting materials, including presentation decks, dashboards, thematic insights and assurance updates for senior management or governance forums.
8. Supporting assurance review activities, including scoping, data gathering, testing, documentation of observations, root cause analysis and follow-up on remediation actions.
9. Collaborating with AFC Assurance team members and relevant Compliance, Technology, Business and Support stakeholders to obtain data, validate observations and support timely completion of deliverables.
10. Performing other ad-hoc assignments as required, including assurance testing, thematic reviews, dashboard development, data analysis and management reporting support.
