Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the LATAM region, providing support across more than 12 countries. The role operates within multiple core team processes, ensuring efficient execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and data investigation activities.
Manage and process applications.
Perform detailed analysis to support decision-making.
Maintain direct interaction with stakeholders, including customers, Collections, Billing, Accounts Payable (AP), and Operations teams.
Handle refund management processes.
Execute mass case applications.
Manage escalations and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
Prepare and deliver reporting activities.

Qualifications:
´- Senior-year student or graduate in administrative or related fields.
´- Intermediate English proficiency 50%.
´- Intermediate Excel skills and knowledge.
´- Punctuality and strong sense of responsibility.
´- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
´- Assertive and professional communication skills.
