Solventum is Hiring Insights Analyst
As an Insights Analyst in the Global Business Services (GBS) Data Enablement team, you will transform data into actionable insights and develop technical solutions that enhance how we serve our customers. In this role, you’ll design, build, and support dashboards, reports, and process automations that improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across our operations.
Collaboration is key—you’ll partner closely with operational process teams, corporate IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive measurable impact and strengthen global business performance.
The Impact You’ll Make In this Role:
As an Insights Analyst in the Global Business Services (GBS) Data Enablement organization, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world by:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for support of complex data questions and issues.
- Developing and delivering analytics solutions that enhance operational functionality and efficiency across all GBS process areas.
- Delivering optimal process and system outcomes, including documentation and training.
- Collaborating with geographically dispersed process teams to achieve business results and support transformation.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple process organizations including Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality & Regulatory, Compliance, Finance, and corporate IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Insights, Reporting & Automation
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics for Commercial Operations.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Snowflake to visualize trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Provide recurring and ad hoc analyses to support performance management and process improvement.
- Document and maintain data definitions, field mappings, and reporting logic for consistency and transparency.
- Operational Support
- Collaborate with process team analysts to understand data requirements and deliver scalable, practical solutions.
- Troubleshoot data issues, investigate anomalies, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
- Identify data-driven opportunities to improve processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher AND (four) 4+ years of experience in data-driven operational roles such as Data and/or Business Analytics, ERP Implementations, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field in a private, public, or military environment
- Advanced proficiency in the Power BI environment for visualization and analysis
- Advanced English C1
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Clear communicator who can translate data findings into simple, actionable insights.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- Working knowledge of SAP’s MTO and OTC processes and tables
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, process improvement frameworks, or automation technologies
- Experience with SAP, Vistex, MS-Dynamics, Salesforce, and related systems
- Experience working in regulated industries. (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharma)
Work Location
- Based in Costa Rica, but able to work remotely
- Travel: Up to 10% (to Solventum offices or deployment sites)
