Job DescriptionImpact -
- Enable data-driven decisions for leaders for LiveOps events, feature launches, and content updates through dashboards by defining datasets.
- Track KPIs including and not limited upto - Daily Active Users (DAU), Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and session metrics.
- Make daily / weekly/monthly reports on player behavior, performance accuracy, engagement, and monetization / revenue trends to improve visibility. Perform A/B Testing for player engagement and revenue generation.
- Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in player behavior and accordingly recommend improvements based on the data evidence, useful for leadership for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders towards making clear and accurate dashboards.
- Identify drop-offs in purchase funnels, payment failures and thereby contributing to reducing the loss.
- Responsible for quarterly / yearly licensing report - streaming cost for maps played
Innovation -
- Suggest new KPIs, dashboards, or reporting improvements
- Explore emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and visualization best practices
- Contribute to evolving analytics strategies for a live, fast-moving mobile game and process improvements
