Welcome to JPMorgan Chase. Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your career as a Client Servicing Specialist within the Futures & Options space? You have found the right team.
As a Future & Options Client Servicing - Analyst within the Future Derivatives Clearing Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering client transactional support functions for the Futures & Options (F&O) business. You will help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by using your expertise in Derivative operations and servicing, anticipating new products in the market and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. The primary functions will focus on day to day Client Service controls, supporting F&O clients. The F&O team provide comprehensive operational services to the businesses across the globe, for F&O products. The department is very fast moving, with ever increasing volumes. You will have ample opportunities to learn, increase knowledge, and take on more responsibility.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Be the end to end owner of the F&O trade and support processes, coordinating all aspects of Operations Service delivery/training to the client
  • Partner with client to understand business and service needs. Validate client requirements vs service offered and implement support processes
  • Review Client specific quality MIS and key performance indicators (KPI), feedback to client and resolve issues.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining client BAU activity (mainly T and T+1 based)
  • T+1 Client Exception Capture / Matching and trade input

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking Operations / F&O Operations / Client Servicing within the financial services industry is required
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior experience with Alteryx and Macro is highly preferred
