As a Solutions Analyst III in the Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Payments Technology team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Job responsibilities
  • Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
  • Perform detailed analysis on the requirements and come up with standard and re-usable solutions
  • Build functional solutions which meets business requirements of ongoing Cross border and Real Time Payment initiatives and follow ISO CBPR+ standards
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
  • Assist the business with the onboarding UAT, including test cases preparation, planning, communication, and close tracking of activities.
  • Work proactively with fellow BAs and other team members, ensuring work is proportionally distributed and targets are met engage as well as manage and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps and communicate these to business stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Commit to specific tasks and ensuring these and the overall projects deadlines are met.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Formal training or certification on solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field and 3+ years applied experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
  • Extensive experience in Cross Border Payments delivery across the markets
  • Extensive knowledge in ISO 20022 messaging and strong experience in MX messages is required.
  • Proven ability to work across business streams and have exposure to front to back system implementation.
  • Strong understanding of key technology concepts, business and technical architecture.
  • Ability to accurately translate and document business needs into functional requirements and produce quality documentation.
  • Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities, work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative.
  • Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Strong technical acumen is a big plus.
