Job Description:
PalmPay is looking for a talented individual who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer funds and payments, overseeing account disbursements, and maintaining accurate reconciliation reports. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including Finance and Customer Service, and external partners to ensure timely settlements and resolve any payment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of customer funds, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all payments are processed on time, and handle any issues or discrepancies that arise.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on fund management, cash flow, and client account status to management.
- Ensure all fund management activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any fund-related issues.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial services company or Fintech, with a focus on fund management, payments, or reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of payment processes, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in managing payment systems, disbursement accounts, and fund flows.
- Experience in handling payment issue resolution and customer/merchant settlements.
