  • Grasping and maintaining laws and regulations, association rules, etc., and collecting information on other companies’ reports.
  • Schedule management and management of the number of copies by distributor.
  • Liaison with external contractor (NRIPI), printing companies and relevant internal departments
  • Documentation work

◆    Working on prospectuses if possible
◆    Reporting, marketing materials, or other retail funds related work if possible

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the ITM Industry.
  • 2+ years of working experience with ITM Disclosure for Investment Reports(preferred) or. 5+ years of experience in the Fund Accounting.
  • Offshore Fund Disclosure experience (preferred).
  • Enough experience of investment report creation
  • Ability to handle many of the investment reports.
  • Working knowledge about applicable laws and regulation.
  • Working knowledge about fund accounting, T-star data and market information which necessary to complete the work.
  • Ability to perform appropriate checks on reports prepared by outsourcers.
  • Willingness to take on new challenge.
  • Partnership/teamwork spirit. Good coordinator.
  • Proactive in improving efficiency and new method.
  • English communication skills (preferred)
