Functional Design & Module Ownership
Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and rollout of Oracle Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Enterprise Contracts modules.
Gather, document, and map business requirements into standard Oracle Cloud ERP/Procurement processes (Hire-to-Pay / Source-to-Settle).
Configure Supplier Onboarding workflows, Supplier Evaluation, SQM questionnaires, Strategic Sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, reverse auctions), and Contract Templates/Clause Libraries.
Legal & Contract Management Alignment
Partner with the Legal and Risk departments to digitize contract creation, clause libraries, authoring, redlining, approval hierarchies, and e-signatures (DocuSign/Adobe Sign).
Implement contract repository search, obligation tracking, and renewal alerting workflows within Oracle Enterprise Contracts.
Process Improvement & Integration
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization across vendor portal interactions, negotiation workflows, and contract compliance tracking.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., supplier data feeds, e-signature tools, third-party risk management platforms).
System Administration & Operations
Manage Oracle Quarterly Updates: analyze release notes, conduct impact analysis, write test scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide tier-3 functional support to end-users across Legal, Sourcing, and Procurement operations.
Design and build custom reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
Bridge Builder: Ability to translate complex Legal and Procurement requirements into standard, scalable system configurations.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot functional issues and design workaround solutions without custom code.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills across executive, legal, and operational audiences.
Skills Required
- Experience leading Oracle Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Enterprise Contracts implementations, enhancements, and rollouts
