Leads large-scale enterprise IT, infrastructure, Finance technology, and Lead to Cash programs, including M&A integrations, carve-outs, and separations. Owns Agile and SAFe delivery, PMO governance, budgets, vendors, risks, executive reporting, ServiceNow initiatives, system integration, Day 1 readiness, post-merger stabilization, change management, and synergy tracking. Coordinates cross-functional teams across IT, Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, and business functions while ensuring compliance, financial control, and successful program outcomes.

Administer and optimize Salesforce by gathering requirements, configuring objects, fields, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Manage users and licenses, maintain data integrity, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, coordinate user acceptance testing, train users, provide ongoing support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role also requires staying current with Salesforce updates and working overlapping U.S. hours until 11:30 PM IST.

Creates integration architecture, technical documentation, transformations, APIs, security configurations, error handling, and automated data processes. Develops VBCS and PCS extensions, performs testing and deployments across environments, supports go-live and production operations, troubleshoots integration failures, conducts root-cause analysis, and tunes performance.

Develop Oracle Integration Cloud integrations with Oracle Fusion using adapters, mappings, FBDI, REST APIs, and fault handling. Build BI Publisher reports with SQL data models, RTF or Excel templates, scheduling, and bursting. Support OTBI and potentially VBCS screen development. Work directly with clients and integrate Fusion with Model N across pricing, contracts, rebates, chargebacks, and customer and product master data.

Lead Oracle R12 technical program delivery across WMS and SCM modules. Responsibilities include planning scope, milestones, roadmaps, governance, stakeholder communications, RAID management, cross-team coordination, architecture sign-off, change control, testing oversight, go-live and cutover readiness, hypercare, budget and resource tracking, KPI reporting, and compliance with security and quality standards.

Develop and support Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC, including REST/SOAP, file-based, and event-driven workflows. Build BIP data models, templates, OTBI reports, bursting definitions, and automated extracts. Develop VBCS applications, document technical designs, conduct testing and code reviews, troubleshoot production incidents, optimize performance, and manage Oracle Support requests. Lead implementation, enhancement, and rollout of Oracle Fusion SCM Planning and Manufacturing Cloud modules. Translate business requirements into standard Plan to Build processes, configure demand planning, supply planning, manufacturing, inventory, and supplier collaboration capabilities, and improve process automation. Collaborate on integrations and reporting while troubleshooting functional issues without custom code and managing stakeholders across executive, legal, and operational teams.

Designs and develops SAP CPI and PI/PO integration mappings across IDoc, SOAP, REST, and RFC interfaces. Performs data transformation using graphical mapping, XSLT, and Java mappings; collaborates with functional and technical teams; troubleshoots integration issues; conducts testing; documents specifications; and supports existing interfaces. Requires SAP integration experience, knowledge of XML, JSON, EDI, HTTP, and SFTP, plus familiarity with SAP ERP and cloud integrations.

Leads supply chain process analysis and Salesforce solution design, including data models, workflows, security, integrations with Oracle EBS and WMS, functional specifications, migration planning, testing, training, and post-go-live support. The role guides configuration and development, reviews deliverables, manages SIT and UAT defect triage, and communicates effectively with clients.

Leads Oracle EBS and Salesforce supply chain process analysis, solution design, integration requirements, functional specifications, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support. Partners with stakeholders to define business processes, review configuration and development deliverables, resolve defects, and support user adoption across Salesforce, Oracle EBS, and WMS environments.

Lead Oracle eInvoicing implementation, configuration, integration, compliance, and support initiatives. Translate finance and tax requirements into Oracle ERP solutions, coordinate data flows and development, and manage testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The role requires expertise in Oracle Financials, localizations, tax compliance, statutory reporting, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Business Intelligence Publisher, with preferred experience in global eInvoicing regulations and multinational ERP rollouts.

Administers NetSuite ERP across finance, procurement, and order-to-cash processes. Manages user access, configurations, saved searches, reports, master data, integrations, CSV imports, sandbox refreshes, system changes, and issue remediation. Documents SOPs and runbooks, supports upgrades and enhancements, performs root cause analysis, and collaborates with development, business analysis, application owners, and NetSuite support teams. Requires rotational shift flexibility.

Manage Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM integrations with third-party trade screening systems, configure trade compliance holds, and maintain screening processes for customers, suppliers, and items. Partner with trade compliance, logistics, and supply chain teams to support export regulations. Provide subject matter expertise, troubleshoot complex SCM and screening issues, document procedures, monitor processes, and implement system improvements. Requires extensive Oracle SCM configuration, integration, trade compliance, SQL, scripting, and analytical experience.

Implement and support Oracle Fusion SCM across Purchasing, Inventory, and PDH modules. The consultant will lead implementations and support projects, work independently with client users and senior management, troubleshoot complex ERP issues, and contribute to change management and documentation in a global ERP environment. Strong communication skills are required, while Oracle OM, Cost Accounting, and current Oracle certifications are advantageous.

Leads Oracle Manufacturing Cloud implementations and enhancements for fabless semiconductor operations, including work definitions, work orders, outside processing, inventory, costing, supply planning, lot tracking, genealogy, and subcontractor integrations. Translates business requirements into configurations and functional designs, partners on OIC/API integrations and reporting, supports testing, migration, cutover, updates, production issues, and root-cause analysis, and trains end users. The role requires onsite collaboration in the Bay Area.

Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define, design, and deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements and new automation solutions. Manages initiatives end to end, including requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery coordination. Collaborates with Sales Operations, Finance, Operations, administrators, integration teams, and product development to prioritize work, estimate effort, maintain SLAs and KPIs, and support scalable business processes.

Lead Salesforce CPQ solution design and delivery for Quote-to-Cash transformations. Configure complex bundles, pricing, subscriptions, renewals, validation rules, account workflows, and routing. Define integrations across Salesforce, Informatica MDM, MuleSoft, Boomi, and invoicing systems; write SOQL queries and validate data processes. Author user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting Agile delivery. Evaluate Salesforce Agentforce and AI-agent capabilities for workflow automation.

Leads Oracle Fusion Cloud technical workstreams across ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations. Manages integrations, data migration, PaaS customizations, reporting, security architecture, testing, environment releases, Redwood UX migration, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive stakeholder communication. Coordinates Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, deployment cutovers, governance reviews, and technical delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Oracle Unified Methodologies.

Architects and implements enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud across Oracle Fusion SaaS, Oracle EBS, and third-party systems. Configures adapters, develops process automations and Visual Builder extensions, manages bulk data integrations, and establishes governance, monitoring, error handling, and replay capabilities. Provides Tier-3 production support, root-cause analysis, and technical mentorship while contributing to middleware migrations and DevOps automation.

Provides L2/L3 administration and support for on-premises Hyperion and EPM Cloud environments. Responsibilities include resolving user tickets, performing data fixes, debugging HFM, DRM, and Essbase issues, patching, managing services and certificates, maintaining forms, reports, business rules, and data integrations, and implementing prioritized bug fixes. Requires expertise with PBCS/EPBCS and scripting, plus strong communication and teamwork. This hybrid role requires at least two days weekly at a customer office in Chicago.
