Partners with business and technical stakeholders to define, design, and deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements and new automation solutions. Manages initiatives end to end, including requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder communications, and delivery coordination. Collaborates with Sales Operations, Finance, Operations, administrators, integration teams, and product development to prioritize work, estimate effort, maintain SLAs and KPIs, and support scalable business processes.

Lead Salesforce CPQ solution design and delivery for Quote-to-Cash transformations. Configure complex bundles, pricing, subscriptions, renewals, validation rules, account workflows, and routing. Define integrations across Salesforce, Informatica MDM, MuleSoft, Boomi, and invoicing systems; write SOQL queries and validate data processes. Author user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting Agile delivery. Evaluate Salesforce Agentforce and AI-agent capabilities for workflow automation.

Leads Oracle Fusion Cloud technical workstreams across ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations. Manages integrations, data migration, PaaS customizations, reporting, security architecture, testing, environment releases, Redwood UX migration, budgets, risks, dependencies, vendors, and executive stakeholder communication. Coordinates Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, deployment cutovers, governance reviews, and technical delivery using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Oracle Unified Methodologies.

Architects and implements enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud across Oracle Fusion SaaS, Oracle EBS, and third-party systems. Configures adapters, develops process automations and Visual Builder extensions, manages bulk data integrations, and establishes governance, monitoring, error handling, and replay capabilities. Provides Tier-3 production support, root-cause analysis, and technical mentorship while contributing to middleware migrations and DevOps automation.

Provides L2/L3 administration and support for on-premises Hyperion and EPM Cloud environments. Responsibilities include resolving user tickets, performing data fixes, debugging HFM, DRM, and Essbase issues, patching, managing services and certificates, maintaining forms, reports, business rules, and data integrations, and implementing prioritized bug fixes. Requires expertise with PBCS/EPBCS and scripting, plus strong communication and teamwork. This hybrid role requires at least two days weekly at a customer office in Chicago.

Provides L2/L3 functional support for Oracle EBS supply chain, order management, receivables, ModelN, and related integrations. Responsibilities include incident resolution, root cause analysis, data fixes, minor enhancements, SLA management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The consultant will also learn Oracle Global Trade Management, gradually support GTM queries, and contribute to deployments, problem management, and knowledge transfer.

Leads ServiceNow enterprise go-to-market, presales, pipeline generation, executive prospect engagement, co-selling, solution architecture, commercial structuring, RFP strategy, and cross-sell/up-sell growth. Builds relationships with Jade Global and ServiceNow account executives, positions platform solutions across target industries, and drives net-new logo acquisition and expansion revenue while aligning with US business hours.

Designs and deploys Oracle Cloud integrations, BI Publisher reports, and Visual Builder applications. Develops secure OIC integrations with Oracle Fusion and third-party systems, creates complex SQL/PLSQL-driven BIP data models and templates, and builds responsive VBCS extensions using REST APIs and Redwood patterns. Responsibilities include testing, debugging, performance tuning, and production support across OIC, BIP, and VBCS.

Leads ERP Finance transformation engagements for large enterprises, advising CFOs and executives on finance strategy, operating models, process modernization, business cases, and value realization. Designs transformation roadmaps across general ledger, payables, receivables, FP&A, treasury, tax, cash management, and reporting. Builds executive relationships, supports business development, mentors consulting teams, and guides strategy through implementation.

Develop and support applications using Oracle Application Framework, Application Development Framework, and Service-Oriented Architecture. Apply Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and work with Oracle Reports.

Lead Oracle Fusion consulting for contract and outsourced manufacturing cost accounting. Responsibilities include process re-engineering, solution architecture, Oracle Cost Management configuration, SLA and inventory integration, overhead and variance design, intercompany accounting, external manufacturing integrations, reporting, data conversion, and financial reconciliation. The role requires deep cost accounting expertise, contract manufacturing experience, Oracle Fusion implementation leadership, and executive-level process consulting.

Leads Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects. Translates accounting principles into system configurations, designs finance processes and module setups, manages testing and cutover, oversees data migration and reconciliation, and serves as the primary liaison to finance executives. Requires CPA-level accounting expertise and extensive Oracle Fusion implementation experience.

Leads global Oracle SCM solution architecture and design across manufacturing, order management, costing, procurement, inventory, and supply planning. Owns requirements, testing, integrations, and go-live delivery. Provides operations and process consulting focused on warehouse transformation, inventory optimization, and productivity. Mentors consultants, develops industry solutions and accelerators, and leads cross-functional global rollouts and business process improvements.

Leads the architecture, governance, and delivery of platform extensions, custom codebases, and tailored enterprise application solutions. Establishes extension patterns, coding standards, CI/CD and testing policies, API contracts, and security controls while preventing over-customization and technical debt. Manages senior engineering teams, performs code reviews, guides troubleshooting and performance tuning, and oversees scalable release management for multi-tenant environments.

Leads end-to-end architecture, design, integration, implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, oversees integrations with external applications, and provides technical leadership to offshore development and functional teams. Ensures security, performance, scalability, and compliance while managing stakeholders and global technology collaboration.

Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues from ticket intake through resolution. Reproduce problems, identify root causes, develop workarounds, and communicate clearly with customers. Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services, write maintainable code, and apply ERP and business-process knowledge to system requirements. The role also requires analytical debugging, collaboration, and basic familiarity with AI/ML and LLM technologies.

Performs manual and automated testing, develops and maintains Java-based test automation, executes regression and exploratory testing, analyzes failures, tracks defects, and improves test coverage. Collaborates with development and product teams in an Agile environment while preparing test cases, execution reports, and quality status updates.

Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
