Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Angular (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend), along with hands-on experience managing both relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle & MongoDB).
In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentor the development team, and ensure best practices in system design, development, and deployment. Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), monitoring tools such as New Relic, and exposure to the insurance industry will be highly advantageous.
Position Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership : Lead end-to-end technical design and implementation of scalable systems.
- Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain applications using Angular (frontend) and Spring Boot (backend).
- System Architecture: Design secure, scalable, and high-performance architectures aligned with business needs.
- Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize databases using Oracle and MongoDB.
- Cloud & Deployment: Deploy and manage applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerization technologies.
- Monitoring & Observability: Implement application monitoring using tools such as New Relic to ensure system reliability and performance. Code Quality & Review: Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, Business).
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across full stack layers.
- Mentoring & Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 5 + years of experience in software development. Minimum 2–3 years in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role.
Technical Skills
- Frontend: Angular (mandatory), TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Backend: Spring Boot (Java), RESTful APIs
- Database: Oracle (advanced querying, optimization, PL/SQL), MongoDB (NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning)
