This role is for an engineer who wants to understand the product, the workflows, and the people using what they build. You will work independently on AI-powered tools, automations, and internal applications- from identifying the right problem to shipping a solution that people actually adopt.
What You'll Do:
· Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition and workflow discovery to implementation, launch, and iteration
· Build fullstack internal products using TypeScript, Node.js, React, APIs, and data
· Learn how Growth teams work and translate their workflows into simple, effective solutions
· Turn ambiguous requirements into practical technical and product decisions
· Build AI-powered features, workflows, and automations using LLMs and modern AI tools
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and measure whether solutions create value
· Write clear, maintainable code and deliver reliable products in an agile environment
· Use AI coding tools thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, and learning
What We’re Looking For:
· 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience in a product or technology company
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a leading academic institution
· Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
· Experience with a modern web framework such as React, Vue, or Angular
· Experience building and shipping fullstack web applications
· Good understanding of APIs, relational databases, and SQL
· Strong product sense and curiosity about business processes and end-to-end workflows
· Ability to work independently, solve ambiguous problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs
· Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, or similar
· Creativity, originality, strong communication skills, and a practical approach to problem solving
