Your Impact  

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of end-to-end software features. Working closely with senior engineers, you will build robust, scalable solutions across our entire stack, gaining hands-on experience with production-grade technologies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our global partner network, helping to reduce operational friction and enhance the overall partner experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack software features, ranging from intuitive frontend interfaces to high-performance backend services. 

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using Angular, HTML5, and CSS3. 

  • Build and maintain distributed, highly available microservices using Java, Node.js, and Python. 

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design discussions, code reviews, and comprehensive testing. 

  • Improve system performance, reliability, and observability across the entire stack. 

  • Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development and learning. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, SRE, and DevOps teams. 

  • Maintain a commitment to continuous learning, high code quality, and operational excellence. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field. 

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent internship/project experience). 

  • Foundational knowledge of full-stack development and production software environments. 

  • Solid grasp of software development and architectural concepts with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proficiency or strong familiarity with Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration. 

  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Java, Node.js, or Python. 

  • Exposure to enterprise web frameworks (e.g., Spring) and data/messaging technologies including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Kafka. 

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery methodologies. 

  • Experience using AI-powered coding tools to enhance productivity. 

  • A proactive desire to learn, debug, and resolve production issues in a distributed system. 

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex technical challenges. 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a diverse, collaborative team environment. 

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable results.
