We have particularly seen strong interest in our Omnichannel AI Agent, and we are looking to double down on the next phase of growth. To help build out the application layer of our AI agents, we are hiring Full Stack Engineers who can supercharge our growth.
🏆 What will you be doing
Build the backbone of ProAgent. Develop and maintain responsive, highly scalable microservices that power ProAgent's dashboards, admin interfaces, and analytics - the core elements that make our AI agent for collections truly effective.
Engineer for scale and performance. Work with data warehouses to implement appropriate databases and associated storage systems that enable high-performance applications while maintaining efficient compute usage, crucial for handling the millions of consumer finance interactions ProAgent processes.
Elevate our codebase. Conduct detailed code reviews to maintain production code quality; actively refactor existing code to reduce technical debt and implement latest best practices in finance-focused AI applications.
Own your work end-to-end. Take ownership of your code from ideation through development, QA, and support. Approximately two-thirds of your time will be dedicated to individual contribution work.
Stay on the cutting edge. Keep informed on emerging technologies relevant to AI Agents, and enhance our productivity and capabilities.
🔍 What we look for
Technical versatility and engineering depth. You have strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to apply them across different technologies. While you may have expertise in JavaScript (Node.js/React), what's more important is your ability to understand systems deeply and implement efficient solutions regardless of the tech stack.
Systems thinking with implementation skills. You excel at understanding how different components of complex systems interact and can quickly implement robust integrations between them. You can architect and build solutions that connect ProAgent's AI capabilities with our dashboards and analytics interfaces.
Engineering agility. You can rapidly ship high-quality code to solve emerging technical challenges. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve as our AI and customer needs advance. As a person - you do not trade-off on quality for the sake of moving fast.
Technical creativity. You approach engineering problems with creativity, finding elegant solutions that might not be immediately obvious. You're not confined to conventional approaches and can engineer novel solutions when standard methods fall short.
Deep problem-solving abilities. You have the technical depth to diagnose and solve complex engineering issues. Your strong debugging skills allow you to quickly identify root causes and implement proper fixes rather than workarounds.
