What makes you a great fitMust-Have
• 4+ years of professional full stack experience shipping and maintaining production web applications
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills across frontend and backend
• 3+ years of backend experience with Node.js and a structured framework (we use NestJS); comfortable designing APIs, services, and data access layers
• 3+ years of relational database experience (PostgreSQL): schema design, migrations, and writing efficient queries
• 3+ years of frontend experience with React, building and maintaining real, interactive UIs
• Good understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend communicate
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security fundamentals
• Experience with automated testing and standard Git-based collaboration
Nice-to-Have
• Background jobs / queues, caching, and performance tuning
• Cloud services, file storage, and email/third-party integrations
• Docker and containerized development
• Infrastructure as Code (CDK)
• Multi-tenant / SaaS product experience

Your day-to-day in this position- Work across the entire stack, from database and API design on the backend to building responsive, interactive interfaces on the React frontend.
- Own features end-to-end, taking them from initial idea and technical design through implementation, testing, and release to production.
- Collaborate closely with product and the rest of the engineering team to ship high-quality features.
- Help to keep the codebase clean, performant, and maintainable as the product grows.
