Job Description
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence to support planning, tracking, and documentation
- Collaborate with team peers including product owner, UX designer, business systems analyst, project manager, and QA engineers to deliver high quality working software
- Analyze and decompose complex software features into smaller, workable stories for planning, estimation, and development
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure all delivered code meets development standards and definition of done and is integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for automated testing and deployment
- Leverage cloud related resources including security operations, engineering, automation, compliance, test and evaluation, security and accreditations, and identity and access management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack; process support requests as needed
- Serve as the technical point of contact for platform integration and infrastructure coordination
- Follow and contribute to software engineering and security best practices for design, coding standards, performance, security, delivery, maintainability
- Continuously improve the software development function and deliverables by maturing functions including development and deployment processes, repo maintenance, application performance, documentation, and communication
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical strategy; participate in engineering roundtables
- Be nimble, have an agile mindset, and adapt to changes quickly
- Maintain Jira stories to track progress, raise questions, apply changes to dates/scope, etc. for clear and efficient standups
- Follow team expectations outlined in team working agreement
- Mentor and coach junior developers and team members

Located at the heart of Financial District, the facility boasts of work class infrastructure and amenities, enabled by state-of-the-art technology and security systems. In-house gymnasium / aerobics center, yoga room, indoor games room, mothers’ / wellness room, 200+ seater cafeteria, high-rise & lounge seating are some of the amenities available for the employees. The SEZ facility will also provide common creche and eat-out restaurants in the building premises, once operational.
