The Opportunity:
As a Fulfillment Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of physical ticket (hardstock) orders through our Skybox Point of Sale (POS) system. You’ll work closely with the operations team to manage order workflows, support sellers through packaging and shipping processes, and help maintain inventory visibility for physical ticket listings across our marketplace.
This internship offers a focused opportunity to gain operational experience in e-commerce fulfillment, develop attention to detail, and learn internal tools that power the ticketing industry.
How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of hardstock ticket orders to support exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor fulfillment queues and maintain consistent order throughput using our Skybox POS system.
- Identify and escalate any technical issues related to order processing, shipment tracking, or data discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience with our internal point-of-sale system, Skybox.
- Understand the end-to-end process for physical (hardstock) ticket fulfillment, from order intake to shipment.
- Package and ship 100–150 orders per day, ensuring speed, accuracy, and care.
- Maintain secure and organized receipt of hardstock ticket inventory.
- Follow shipping procedures and assist with troubleshooting shipping or order exceptions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and stay focused in a structured environment.
- Willingness to learn internal tools and processes quickly.
Hours & days: 3-4 hours per day for 3-4 days a week
Time Frame: September 2025- late November 2025 (3 months)
Location: In-office, Chicago, IL (24 east washington)
Vivid Seats Pay Transparency: $20 dollar per hour
