We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Frontline Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Chennai, India. As a Frontline Sales Consultant, you will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.   • Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their business objectives
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions in a compelling and transparent manner
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up, personalized communication, and exceptional service delivery
  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements and budget constraints
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term partnership potential
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis through strategic planning and execution

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and authentically
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand and analyze client needs comprehensively
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a decisive approach to deal completion
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving mindset with a genuine customer-centric approach and empathetic perspective
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
