Team tech stack:

You don’t need to tick all of the boxes, only to be proficient in one stack.

• JavaScript, Typescript, React, Node.js, HTML, CSS

• iOS SDK, Swift, Swift UI (parts of the code), Xcode

• Android SDK, Kotlin, Material Design, Jetpack Compose

• Have an experience of managing highly-skilled, independent engineers

• Are capable of managing multiple features simultaneously

• Are product-oriented

• Have good knowledge of object-oriented programming and DevOps practice

• Understand distributed systems and their design

• Want to be proud of the work but are also willing to give and accept feedback

• Are eager to share their knowledge

• Can search for efficient solutions to meet users’ needs

• Know English at B2 level, Polish at B2 level

The following are also a plus:

• Worked in FinTech or in Financial Services sector

In your daily work, you will handle the following tasks:

• Managing a team of front-end (web, android and ios) engineers with vast experience and skillset

• Managing backlog and roadmap and making sure that everything aligns with organization priorities

• Conducting performance evaluations

• Creating plans and deliverables

• Keeping watch on technical direction and excellence

• Promoting the team’s work and platform features

• Reviewing new technologies, proof of concepts and analysis

• With your expertise, helping developers from product teams use the platform in an efficient way
