Overview of the role:

We are looking for a MarTech Operations Engineer to join our fast-growing Content Operations team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining tools across Marketing and Commercial to semi or fully automate processes. You will be working with digital content publishing tools including content management systems, and marketing communication tools.

Additionally, you will create HTML and CSS for customer-facing websites, emails, and banners to support our marketing initiatives.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

You will work closely with the Senior MarTech Operations Manager to build and manage tools and solutions that reduce cost to serve and increase speed to market. You will help review workflows and processes to identify opportunities to improve and automate. You will use your excellent problem-solving skills to creatively find solutions.

You'll also develop HTML and CSS for customer-facing digital assets including websites, emails, and banners, ensuring both technical excellence and visual consistency.

What you’ll bring:

You will have strong front-end development, technical, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the ability to multi-task to work to tight deadlines.

A strong can-do attitude and willingness to help are key qualities required for this role.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

• Excellent JavaScript coding skills, including Next.JS/React.

• Experience working with APIs.

• Excellent HTML/CSS coding skills.

• Experience developing AI driven tools to improve processes and workflows.

• Experience working with headless content management systems such as Contentstack.

• GIT experience.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Outstanding communication skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders.

• Experience of documenting processes and providing training for colleagues.
