A modern luxury oceanfront resort in Marathon with stunning views from every room, seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to lead guest services and ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Front Desk, guest services, and front office operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the front desk team to deliver personalized, high-touch service.
- Manage daily shift operations, room inventory, and guest accounts.
- Handle escalated guest concerns and maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments for efficient operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements in service and revenue (upselling, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with resort standards and security protocols.
Requirements
- 4+ years of front office management experience in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexible schedule with availability for all shifts as needed.
- Passion for luxury hospitality in a beachfront setting.
- Due to visa restrictions, at the

nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a
