Manages staffing, scheduling, payroll, labor costs, guest service recovery, cash and credit procedures, performance reviews, employee development, safety, service standards, occupancy forecasting, and departmental profitability.

Manage front office and food & beverage operations including training, scheduling, and daily duties; run weekly staff meetings and trainings; enforce budgeted productivity and accounting procedures; oversee safe security and audits; forecast monthly financials and analyze performance; conduct manager interviews and hiring per SOPs; assist sales by meeting clients and tours; and ensure property cleanliness and preventive maintenance.
