K2 is seeking Front Desk Coordinator/Office Manager for potential future support at our clinic out of Orlando (Maitland), FL. 

This position's primary responsibility is greeting and welcoming guests, receiving, and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, coordinating office activities and other additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory in stock.
  • Update database. 
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to work Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical office environment with a calm and pleasant personality.
  • Ability to complete training and follow study protocol.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and multi-task throughout the day.
  • Must be detail oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to interact with a diverse patient population. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office Products. 

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual in English and in Spanish.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) is a plus!
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service-related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills Required
