As a Front Desk Clerk, you’re not just supporting seamless operation of the Front Office Department – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
Prepares and completes the DTCM reports by inputting and retrieving information through ONQ PMS.
Accurate in updating the guest informations in the DTCM reports taking account of the established government policy
Sends accurate guest information as required by the local municipality through the CID/ police report system and to completes the registration process by inputting and retrieving informations as required. Updates inaccurate guest information.
Knowledge and skills on how DTCM reconcillation report works.
Preparing and rectifying the DTCM Reconcillation report required by the local municipality with accordance of the
Knowledgeable about the CID system and ensures that all passport/ID are updated in CID system and rectifies discrepancies.
Uses the property’s email system and maintains their email box.
Implement detailed steps by using experience judgment and discretion.
Constant service to the guest is a must and exemplary service is to be provided at all times
Assist and support the team to answers calls originating from external and internal sources. Directs caller to appropriate extension or room. Pass on information effectively and accurately.
Know the standards and put them into practice during daily work, thus actively pursuing the hotel’s objectives.
Carry out administrative tasks when required
Record defects and ensure rapid repair by passing these on immediately
Maintenance of filing system in accordance with the record retention policy
Preparation of special reports or projects, as requested
Attend all required meetings
Other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager

Fluent in Arabic (Speaking and Writing) and communicates effectively in English.
