Job descriptionWe’re looking for a reliable and organized Freelance Office & Travel Coordinator (part-time, remote-friendly) to support day-to-day operations in our offices, as well as manage global travel logistics for our team.
- Oversee daily office needs (supplies, maintenance, access) for Amsterdam and Belgrade locations
- Communicate with local vendors and coordinate workspace logistics
- Organize business travel (flights, accommodation, visas, local transport) via travel providers
- Ensure compliance with internal travel policy and approval flow
- Support small in-office events and ad hoc HR admin requests
- Proven experience in office or travel coordination
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and remotely
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or Serbian is a plus
- Ability to travel within Europe if needed (valid passport and visas where applicable)
- Experience with Navan is a strong advantage
