Design and deliver client-facing AI data solutions, including labeling, evaluation, synthetic data, RAG, agentic systems, and automated multi-stage pipelines. Partner with senior technical executives to diagnose data needs, translate model goals into scalable solutions, lead experiments from MVP to production, and own delivery quality, timelines, margins, and expansion opportunities. Establish engineering standards and mentor solution engineers and technical consultants.

Leads new business development, account growth, commercial discussions, client relationships, and sales operations for AI and GenAI data solutions. Partners with engineering, delivery, and customer success teams to understand frontier lab needs, structure projects, close opportunities, and expand client accounts. Requires quota-based technology sales experience, startup experience, STEM education, and strong AI/ML market knowledge.

Design and deliver AI data solutions, including labeling pipelines, quality controls, automated workflows, and AI tooling. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, lead discovery and solution design, manage end-to-end delivery, monitor quality and financial KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize scalable solutions. The role requires strong Python and machine learning knowledge, project ownership, customer communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to varied stakeholders.

Own product positioning, messaging, ICP definition, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, customer proof, sales enablement, and thought leadership for Toloka’s enterprise AI data solutions and self-service platform. Translate complex AI and machine learning capabilities into differentiated customer value while influencing product, packaging, launches, and market strategy.

Lead Toloka’s technical vision and architecture for LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, evaluation, inference optimization, and agentic capabilities. Design scalable GRPO, PPO, DPO, reward modeling, RLAIF, and automated evaluation systems. Mentor senior researchers and engineers, guide cross-functional platform strategy, improve production reliability and cost efficiency, and represent the company through research publications, technical talks, and community engagement.

Lead cross-functional AI data delivery projects from planning through implementation and adoption. Own project quality, timelines, economics, communications, risk resolution, and stakeholder transparency. Coordinate engineers, supply managers, clients, and other teams while managing project operations, status updates, retrospectives, and process improvements. The role involves client-facing delivery of data generation, evaluation, and red-teaming projects supporting large language model development and safety.

Owns end-to-end delivery of enterprise fine-tuning engagements, including client discovery, use-case prioritization, ROI, scope, timelines, model hosting, SLAs, security reviews, and stakeholder management. Partners with sales, product, engineering, and machine learning teams; navigates enterprise procurement and IT processes; translates between technical buyers and internal teams; and develops repeatable processes and playbooks to scale the practice.

Own and scale enterprise fine-tuning engagements from discovery through delivery. Lead client stakeholder management, use-case prioritization, ROI analysis, scoping, timelines, SLAs, model hosting, security reviews, and enterprise procurement processes. Translate between technical buyers and internal machine learning teams, support sales opportunities, and build repeatable processes and playbooks. The role requires hands-on program execution, consulting expertise, enterprise IT fluency, and practical understanding of LLM fine-tuning.

Owns end-to-end procurement and purchase order processes, including vendor management, approvals, invoice coordination, budget controls, and compliance. Maintains NetSuite purchasing data and workflows, validates spending against budgets, prepares accruals, reconciles transactions, and supports month-end close. The role also develops procurement policies, documents processes, resolves operational issues, supports audits, and trains stakeholders in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage virtual cross-functional teams of engineers, supply managers, and other specialists; oversee communications, planning, status reporting, retrospectives, risk resolution, and process improvements. Projects include supervised fine-tuning data generation, LLM evaluation, and red-teaming initiatives.

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and ML pipelines using Toloka's platform. Act as primary technical contact for clients, lead discovery and solution design, run pilots, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot delivery, and optimize quality, cost, and scalability while coordinating internal teams and stakeholders.

Serve as the senior client-facing technical lead to design and build data-generation, labeling, and evaluation pipelines for LLMs. Partner with executive stakeholders, diagnose data needs, architect multi-stage automated solutions (RAG, agentic workflows, synthetic data), run experiments, deliver production-ready pipelines, mentor engineers, and own delivery timelines and commercial outcomes.

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and ML data pipelines using Toloka's platform.
