Serve as the senior client-facing technical lead to design and build data-generation, labeling, and evaluation pipelines for LLMs. Partner with executive stakeholders, diagnose data needs, architect multi-stage automated solutions (RAG, agentic workflows, synthetic data), run experiments, deliver production-ready pipelines, mentor engineers, and own delivery timelines and commercial outcomes.

Serve as a senior client-facing technical lead who designs and builds data-generation, labeling, and evaluation pipelines for LLMs. Partner with executive stakeholders to diagnose needs, propose data strategies, architect multi-stage automated pipelines (including RAG, synthetic data, agentic systems), deliver solutions end-to-end, and own commercial outcomes and expansion opportunities.

Provide commercial contracting support for procurement and vendor agreements, own contract lifecycle management in the CLM, draft/negotiate NDAs, SaaS and services agreements, manage renewals and metadata hygiene, escalate privacy/security/IP risks, and maintain templates and playbooks while partnering with procurement, product, and finance.

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and ML data pipelines using Toloka's platform. Act as primary technical contact for customers, lead discovery and solution design, configure tooling (including agentic systems and RAGs), run pilots, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot delivery, and optimize for quality, cost, and scalability while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and ML pipelines on Toloka's platform. Serve as primary technical contact, run pilots, configure workflows and quality controls, monitor KPIs, troubleshoot delivery, and advise customers on data, evaluation, and model-training best practices.

Lead end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of multiple complex AI/data programs. Define program strategy, roadmaps, governance, technical oversight, vendor management, and embed responsible AI practices while mentoring cross-functional teams and ensuring quality, timelines, and margins.

Design and deliver end-to-end data labeling and AI training pipelines, act as technical point of contact for clients, run pilots, ensure quality and scalability, monitor KPIs, and manage delivery outcomes and stakeholder communication.

Lead applied ML and LLM initiatives to automate workflows, build agentic solutions for anti-fraud and safety, create automated evaluation/judge systems, implement observability and A/B testing, and mentor a delivery-focused applied ML engineering team.

Manage preparation and review of accurate, timely financial and consolidated management reports; enforce GAAP/IFRS compliance; maintain internal controls and coordinate external audits; oversee intercompany/transfer pricing and tax filings; manage bank relationships and payment processes; and drive process improvements and automation for financial operations.

Design, configure, and maintain data-labeling pipelines using Toloka and Python. Engage clients to define requirements, support presales and delivery, run experiments, monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize pipelines for ML/LLM training.

Own and scale delivery of complex AI data programs (LLM/ML products), ensuring scope, quality, timeline, and margin targets. Translate ambiguous problems into technical workstreams, establish governance, drive solution reviews, embed responsible AI practices, manage vendors, and lead cross-functional teams while partnering with BD and executive stakeholders.
