Concentrix is seeking an experienced Freelance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Centre Solutions Architect to support a critical contact centre transformation and programme recovery initiative for a leading financial services client.

 

The role is based in Helsinki, Finland, and we welcome applications from EMEA-based candidates. The successful consultant must be able to travel to and work onsite in Helsinki 2-3 days per week throughout the engagement.

 

Working as the technical design authority, you will be responsible for reviewing and assuring solution designs, challenging delivery partner proposals, and ensuring the target architecture is scalable, future-proof, and aligned to business objectives.

We're looking for a consultant with deep hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Dynamics 365 Contact Centre (CCaaS) solutions in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in Omnichannel, Unified Routing, Case Management, AI/Copilot capabilities, skills-based and language-based routing, Agent Assist, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, and solution architecture is essential.

 

The successful candidate will bring the credibility to challenge technical designs, validate estimates, identify risks, and translate operational requirements into robust solution architectures. Experience working within complex, multi-vendor delivery environments is highly desirable.

  • Experience working in complex, multi-vendor delivery environments
  • Availability to work onsite in Helsinki two to three days per week throughout the engagement
